This system uses a fixed displacement (Open Center) pump with CCLS (Load Sensing) remotes. Use the Open Center instructions, but use the flow control on the tractor for that remote instead of the needle valve.

Installation Instructions for Open Center System
1. Shut off all flow from ACE pump.
2. Install pressure gauge between pump and shut off valve.
3. Open Bypass Adjusting Screw 3 or 4 turns.
4. Set tractor throttle to speed at which you will be spraying.
5. Move hydraulic lever to "Lower/Retract" to start pump.
6. Turn Bypass Adjusting Screw clockwise until pressure gauge on sprayer reads between 60 and 100psi. Tighten jam nut.
7. Open sprayer agitation valve to get desired spraying pressure.
