On cer­tain Case and New Hol­land trac­tors a 710362010 MAN­U­AL DEN­TENT KIT must be obtained from your Case/​New Hol­land deal­er to oper­ate a hydraulic dri­ven pump. This kit con­verts from a 4 posi­tion detent kick-out to a 4 posi­tion with detents in all posi­tions. This valve will not return to neu­tral under pres­sure over 2000 psi (137.9 bar). 

This mod­el has mul­ti­ple hydraulic sys­tems avail­able. Ver­i­fy sys­tem type for prop­er pump selec­tion and setup.

Installation Instructions for Open Center System

1. Shut off all flow from ACE pump.
2. Install pressure gauge between pump and shut off valve.
3. Open Bypass Adjusting Screw 3 or 4 turns.
4. Set tractor throttle to speed at which you will be spraying.
5. Move hydraulic lever to "Lower/Retract" to start pump.
6. Turn Bypass Adjusting Screw clockwise until pressure gauge on sprayer reads between 60 and 100psi. Tighten jam nut.
7. Open sprayer agitation valve to get desired spraying pressure.
